APC Inplacement (APCI) is a division of Alliance of Professionals & Consultants. APCI was created to respond to our Clients’ need for assistance and guidance in transitioning their aging workforces and leadership teams as they prepare for retirement and in capturing and retaining the mission critical knowledge, experience and relationships that they possess.

APCI sets the course for organizations to successfully navigate through the issues that will arise as their Baby Boomers become eligible to retire. Our objectives are to ensure business continuity, maximize opportunities presented by this demographic shift, positively influence the direction of American businesses, and ultimately improve the lives of the customers and individuals that we serve.
